Showtan Techno-Machine Nanjing Co., Ltd., a professional manufacture of cryogenic deflashing machine, is a subsidiary company of a well-known Japanese cryogenic deflashing machine and gas products manufacture called Showa Denko Gas Products Co., Ltd. Showtan company firstly started the cryogenic deflashing machine sales business for customer in China in the year of 2002. Our former company name is JiangSu Chinatop Chemistry Co.,ltd which was established in 1998 which deals with the synthetic rubber trading, and became the subsidiary company of Showa Denko Gas Product since the year of 2007. Our company is No.1 and most reputational deflashing machine manufacture now who firstly produced and sold the cryogenic deflashing machine in China market from the year of 2002. We have nearly 15 years of production, sales and technical support experiences and have a market share up to 50% and about 150 customers in China. We also have two subsidiary company in Chongqing and Guangdong Province specifically while the headquater is located in Nanjing which is near from Shanghai.. We achieved great success and profound influence since its first launch in China market. At present, its application range has covered the removal of the flashes of the moulded rubber, molded plastic, and die casting parts and so on, especially the small rubber and plastic components. Most well-known rubber parts manufactures as well as big precision plastic parts manufactures already use our machine for years like NOK, Fuji Industry, Minnesota Rubber,Toyota Gosei, Delphi, Jabil Greenpoint, Nypro and Flextronics and so on.
